Hi, my name is Rebecca Back and I am the Challenge Scholars College and Career Coordinator at Westwood Middle School. I am originally from Kalamazoo, and graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Psychology and Spanish. I previously worked at Catholic Charities for the Healthy Start program.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I love experiencing new cultures and lived in Costa Rica for four months during college.  I am passionate about working one-on-one with students, and am so excited about this new opportunity to help each student achieve their dreams and goals through the Challenge Scholars program.
